Purchases of photographic prints are final. I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify me within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing liyat.haile@gmail.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as I may require photos or the original print to process your claim.

I am not able to accept returns or exchanges of framed prints at this time.

I take all precautions to ensure your framed print arrives safely. However, if your framed print has been damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.
